All products and services sold by xtraas are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Dispatch: We will dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Refund: We do not offer monetary refunds.

Exchange Only: We provide exchanges only for size or product exchanges.

Size Exchange: If the product does not fit as expected, you can request a different size.

Product Exchange: You can exchange the product for another product, subject to availability.

Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all price tags and labels intact.

Please contact our customer support within 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange the pickup of the product.

We do not provide cash refunds or monetary refunds. All eligible returns will be processed only for size or product exchange.
